1) Food And Digestive Causes
During digestion, certain foods can temporarily affect the odor of the breath, such as raw onion, garlic, sauces, fats, and alcohol. Although these are often the main causes of the unpleasant odor, it is best to try to avoid it.

In rare situations, bad breath could be a sign of cancer or other severe diseases like metabolic syndromes.
How To Stop Bad Breath
The solution is to go to the dentist, brush your teeth after meals, and use dental floss, an interdental brush to remove all traces that remain between your teeth, where they rot and cause odor.
The first thing is to start brushing your teeth for at least 3-5 minutes, if you have a bad breath problem, wash them whenever you need to.
A good toothbrush (electric or not), which is replaced when necessary. And you must always do flossing.
You should also go to the dentist periodically to correct dental problems or diseases that the gums may present.
You should also control heartburn and avoid foods that make you feel bad (sauces, spicy, onion, and raw garlic, marinated dishes).
Tips To Avoid Bad Breath
- Chew fresh leaves of mint or parsley for 10-15 minutes.
- Chew a piece of lemon after meals.
- After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with warm water and put a pinch of baking soda in your mouth.
- Always bring a toothbrush, toothpaste, and if you can, a mouthwash, thus cooling your breath.
- Avoid fresh onions, garlic oil, or heavy or spicy sauces. An apple for dessert will help you clean your mouth.
- It is essential not to smoke or drink.
